You can use FAIRTIQ with all public transportation companies in the tariff communities Frimobil (Fribourg), Passepartout (Lucerne), Libero (Bern-Biel-Solothurn), STI (Thun) and Engadin mobile (Upper Engadine). More areas will be added by the end of the year.

Since FAIRTIQ launched the ticketing app in April 2016, it has extremely simplified purchasing public transport tickets with Freiburg, Luzern mass transit system and Rhaetian Railway. The new FAIRTIQ app makes public transport this easy: Before boarding, you check in with one click and after ending the trip, click again. Thanks to location awareness, the system registers the distance traveled and then automatically calculates the best ticket. If you make several trips a day and at the end of the day, a day pass would be the cheapest option, FAIRTIQ will only charge the day pass. If you should accidentally forget to log out, the app will automatically remind you to.

Now, all this happens on the Apple Watch too. It could not be simpler.

So, the easiest way to travel works on the Apple Watch:  : youtube
