Head to the MIC with the automated shuttle
Transports publics fribourgeois (TPF) in collaboration with the Marly Innovation Center (MIC), the Municipality of Marly, the Agglomeration of Fribourg and the State of Fribourg are launching a pilot project for an automated shuttle that will connect the MIC area with the TPF network. Official commissioning is scheduled for September 2017.

The Project

The primary objective of this pilot project is to transport commuters to their place of employment. Connecting residents of the area to the urban public transport network is another objective. The automated shuttle ensures network access for remote areas when conventional variants are too expensive. Navya will also enable short-term testing of service to the final kilometre.
