Pré-requis: achever sa scolarité obligatoire, passer le test d'aptitudes auprès de l'Union professionnelle suisse de l'automobile (informations sur www.upsa-fr.ch/fr/formation/test-daptitudes/bulletin-dinscription)

On-going training

For TPF, staff training is not only essential in order to ensure a high-quality service to the end user but also for the personal development of the workforce itself. This is why all the staff are offered an on-going training programme each year. The training programme includes various courses on topics such as conflict management, team leadership and IT. Training also includes giving thought to the staff of the future by ensuring that there are apprenticeships available in the workshops and in administration.

Apprenticeships

TPF consider it extremely important to provide training for young adults upon completion of their compulsory education. In order to ensure that the youngsters can select a professional training course that is to their liking and that they can work in a pleasant environment, TPF SA offer young adults the possibility to do a mini-placement in our workshops and in our administrative offices at the end of their compulsory education.

From the very start of their apprenticeship, TPF ensure that our young employees receive the necessary support, advice and recommendations from our keen and highly qualified apprenticeship instructors. During their training, they are also offered courses within the company or visits to other TPF sites.
